摘要
锚杆钻装设备是锚杆支护施工中的关键设备。锚杆钻装设备的有效使用直接影响巷道的支护质量、支护效果以及成巷速度。为提高巷道的掘进效率和锚杆钻车的工作稳定性,设计一种新型双臂摆臂式液压锚杆钻车,实现巷道内较大作业空间、灵活钻装和持久耐用的功能。首先运用Pro/E完成臂架结构的三维模型,之后运用ANSYS Workbench对锚杆钻车臂架在危险工况下进行有限元分析,最后完成对钻车臂架结构强度和刚度的校核。结果表明双臂臂架结构设计合理,为臂架结构强度、刚度的设计提供了可靠的理论依据。
Bolt drilling equipment is the key equipment in bolt support construction. The effective use of bolt drilling equipment directly affects the supporting quality, supporting effect and forming speed of roadway. In order to improve the tunneling efficiency and the working stability of the bolt drilling vehicle, a new type of double-arm swinging hydraulic bolt drilling vehicle was designed to realize the functions of large working space, flexible drilling and durability in the roadway. First, Pro/E was used to complete the three-dimensional model of the boom structure, then ANSYS Workbench was used to conduct the finite element analysis of the boom of the bolt drilling vehicle under dangerous working conditions, and finally, the strength and stiffness of the boom structure of the drilling vehicle were checked. The results show that the design of the boom structure is reasonable, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the design of the strength and stiffness of the boom structure.
