摘要 对于超过镗铣床加工范围、难以加工的机架、座体等大型结构件,改变采取分2次拆装加工的工艺方法,利用机架组对工艺装备,可以使机架利用现有的龙门刨床、摇臂钻床分片加工完后即可进行组装,简化工件加工和转运工序,灵快便捷,加工效率可提高近1倍,而且可降低工件的加工难度、操作人员的劳动强度和提高操作安全性。同时不降低机架加工面各形位公差、机架整体使用性。 For the large structural parts such as frame and base body which are beyond the processing range of boring and milling machine and difficult to process, the process method of disassembly and assembly by two times is changes. By using frame assembly process equipment, the frame can be assembled after the fragmentation process using the existing double housing planer, radial drilling machine. The workpiece processing and transfer process was simplified, and the machining efficiency can be improved nearly doubled, and can reduce the workpiece machining difficulty, the labor intensity of operators and improve operation security. At the same time, it does not reduce the tolerance of each shape and position of the machining surface of the frame and the overall usability of the frame.
