摘要
针对复杂结构箱体铸造毛坯铸造缺陷多、加工余量大等问题,以煤矿用钻机减速箱箱体为例,通过结构分析,设计了焊接式箱体,配合适当的工艺措施,实现了以焊代铸工艺在复杂箱体零件上的应用,为生产提供了新的选择。
In view of the problems of casting defects and large machining allowance in the casting blank of complicated structure box body,taking the reducer box body of coal mine drilling rig as an example,through the structural analysis,designed the welded box body with appropriate technological measures. The application of welding instead of casting technology in complex box body parts was realized,which provides a new choice for production.
