摘要
为解决常规履带式钻机施工底抽巷近水平中深穿层孔无法见煤的难题,研制了底抽巷全倾角多方位定向钻机及配套机具,满足了底抽巷各类扇形穿层孔的施工要求;研制了小尺寸大扭矩螺杆马达和小型轻量化定向钻杆,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了加接钻杆的便捷性;进行了打靶试验和近水平穿层孔试验,试验结果表明钻机性能优越,具有操作便捷,钻进效率高,能精确定位见煤点的优点,为煤矿井下底抽巷穿层孔施工提供了新装备和新技术。
In order to solve the problem that coal can’t be seen in the near horizontal and middle deep layer hole of bottom drainage roadway of conventional crawler drilling rig, the omni-directional directional drilling rig with full dip angle and its supporting machines and tools were developed. It met the construction requirements of all kinds of fan-shaped cross-layer holes in bottom extraction roadway.Small-size large torque screw motor and small-sized lightweight directional drill pipe were developed,which reduce labor intensity of workers and improve the convenience of connecting drill pipe. Shooting test and near horizontal layer hole test were carried out. The test results show that the performance of the drilling rig is superior, it has the advantages of convenient operation, high drilling efficiency and accurate positioning of coal point, which provides new equipment and new technology for the construction of bottom drainage roadway through layer hole in coal mine.
