摘要 为提升智能化开采技术在中厚煤层工作面应用中的适应性和稳定性、可靠性,提高工作面生产能力,以耿村煤矿八盘区中厚煤层综采工作面为研究对象,进行智能化操作控制系统设计及三机设备配套选型,通过对关键技术及产量保障措施的研究,达到了综采工作面少人、无人化生产作业的目的,实现了安全、高产、高效开采的目标,为类似条件矿井推进中厚煤层工作面智能化开采建设提供一定的参考。 In order to improve the adaptability, stability and reliability of intelligent mining technology in the application of medium thick coal seam working face and improve the production capacity of working face, the medium thick coal seam fully mechanized mining face in No.8 panel area of Gengcun coal mine was taken as research object,carried out the design of intelligent operation control system and three machines equipment matching selection. Through the researches on the key technologies and production guarantee measures,achieved the objective of less and no humanized production in fully mechanized working face,realized the goal of safe,high-yield and efficient mining, and provided certain reference for promoting intelligent mining construction of medium coal seam working face in mines with similar conditions.
