摘要
为了满足煤矿井下大功率定向钻探设备泥浆介质自动化冲洗要求,设计了一种矿用履带式泥浆泵车控制系统,实现了对泥浆泵车的远程操控。介绍了整个控制系统的硬件组成与搭建,阐述了控制算法的结构层次和设计流程,采用车间试验对系统的软硬件进行了检验。试验结果表明,该系统的通信速率满足工作需求,性能稳定,可应用于煤矿井下泥浆泵车整机控制。
In order to meet the requirement of mud medium automatic washing for high-power directional drilling equipment in underground coal mine, a set of control system for mine crawler mud pump truck was designed, and the remote control of mud pump truck was realized. Introduced the hardware composition and construction of the whole control system, expounded the structure hierarchy and design flow of the control algorithm, and tested the software and hardware of the system by workshop test. The test results show that the communication rate of this system can meet the work demand,the performance is stable, and it can be applied to the control of the whole mud pump truck in underground coal mine.
