摘要
基于现有数控加工原理及成熟技术,针对螺纹铣削加工困难的问题,对螺纹数控铣削加工原理及特性进行分析,基于Mastercam对螺纹数控加工进行自动编程,并将编制好的程序应用于螺纹数控铣削加工中,自动加工成形为目标螺纹工件。研究结果表明:通过数控加工编程,可自动加工各种类型的螺纹,满足实际装备需求;在数控编程的作用下,可以通过修改参数灵活适应各种螺纹加工,优化螺纹加工参数及刀具轨迹。该研究为螺纹数控加工及自动编程等方面提供理论依据及有益的借鉴。
Based on the existing CNC machining principle and mature technology,aiming at the difficult problem of thread milling,the principle and characteristics of thread milling have been analyzed, the thread CNC machining has been automatically programmed based on Mastercam,and the programmed program has been applied to thread CNC milling processing,the target threaded workpiece has been automatically processed and formed. The research results show that through CNC machining programming,various types of threads can be automatically processed to meet actual equipment requirements;under the action of CNC programming, it can be flexibly adapted to various thread processing by modifying parameters,and optimize thread processing parameters and tool path. The research provides theoretical basis and intentional reference for thread CNC machining and automatic programming.
