摘要
以番茄为试验材料,通过田间试验研究沼液提取物与宛氏拟青霉菌(菌株SJ1)复配对番茄生长和果实品质的影响。结果表明,沼液提取物与宛氏拟青霉菌复配叶面肥能够促进番茄生长,提高番茄产量,可以替代化学叶面肥。其中,沼液提取物500倍液和宛氏拟青霉菌30 ng·mL^(-1)复配作叶面肥的综合效果最佳,与施用化学叶面肥处理相比,番茄植株鲜质量、干质量、壮苗指数、POD活性、开花数、坐果数、坐果率分别提高43.06%、28.43%、84.74%、28.06%~78.13%、30.30%、68.86%、29.51%。果实可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量和产量分别提高28.44%、146.61%、75.13%。综上所述,沼液提取物500倍液和宛氏拟青霉菌30 ng·mL^(-1)复配作叶面肥可在生产中推广使用。
Effects of biogas slurry extract combined with Paecilomyces variotii(SJ1)on Tomato growth and quality were studied by a filed experiment.Compounding the biogas slurry extract with Paecilomyces variotii can improve tomato growth and fruit yield.It can replace chemical foliar fertilizer.Compared with chemical foliar fertilizer treatment,biogas slurry extract 500 times+Paecilomyces variotii 30 ng·mL^(-1) has the most significant effect in all aspects.It increased 43.06%in fresh weight,28.43%in dry weight,84.74%in strong seedling index,28.06%-78.13%in POD activity,30.30%in flowering number,68.86%in fruit set number,29.51%in fruit set rate,75.13%in yield,28.44%in fruit soluble protein content and 146.61%in fruit soluble sugar content.In summary,biogas slurry extract 500 times+Paecilomyces variotii 30 ng·mL^(-1) as foliar fertilizer can be promoted and used in production.
