12份豇豆材料的硒富集特性

摘要 为了筛选出富硒能力高的豇豆,以12份豇豆材料为试材,在高质量分数硒(10 mg·kg^(-1))土壤中进行盆栽试验,测定豇豆各器官生物量和硒含量。结果表明,在幼苗试验中,15282-1根系、茎秆、叶片和地上部分生物量均最高;17300的根系硒含量最高;3F回-14-4红籽的茎秆硒含量最高;Fy-1的叶片和地上部分硒含量最高。在成株试验中,15282-1根系和叶片生物量最高;15279的茎秆生物量最高;17F11Z-红-1-1-红的果荚生物量最高;FHG-3-1-1-2的根系和果荚硒含量最高;HF1013-25-2-1-1的茎秆和叶片硒含量最高。综上所述,豇豆不同器官对硒的富集能力不同,其中豇豆根系对硒的富集能力较强。15282-1的幼苗硒富集能力较强,FHG-3-1-1-2、HF1013-25-2-1-1和3F回-14-4红籽的成株硒富集能力均在较高水平。 In order to screen out cowpea materials with high selenium enrichment ability,12 cowpea materials were used in this study,the pot experiment was conducted in a high concentration selenium(10 mg·kg^(-1))soil,the biomass and selenium contents of different organs of cowpea were determined.The results showed that,in the seedling experiment,the biomasses of roots,stems,leaves and aboveground parts of 15282-1 were the highest;the root of 17300 was found the highest selenium content;the stem of 3F Hui-14-4 Red Seed was observed the highest selenium content;and the selenium contents of leaves and above ground parts of Fy-1 were the highest.In the adult plant experiment,the root and leaf biomasses of 15282-1 were the highest;the stem biomass of 15279 was the highest;the pod biomass of 17F111Z-Red-1-1-Red was the highest;FHG-3-1-1-2 had the highest root and pod selenium contents;and HF1013-25-2-1-1 showed the highest selenium contents in its stem and leaf.In conclusion,different organs of cowpea have different ability to enrich selenium,and the root has a stronger ability to enrich selenium.15282-1 seedlings have a strong selenium enrichment ability,and adults of FHG-3-1-1-2,HF1013-25-2-1-1 and 3F Hui-14-4 red seeds all have a higher selenium enrichment ability than other materials.
