养老特色小镇居民生活满意度研究——基于W小镇的实证分析

Study on Life Satisfaction of Residents in the Retirement Town--Empirical Analysis Based on W Town

基于W养老小镇居民问卷调查的数据,对影响W养老小镇居民生活满意度的主要因素进行分析,研究表明,性别、月均收入、自然环境、配套设施、房屋价格水平、日用品价格水平、医疗水平、预防保健水平会显著影响W养老小镇居民的生活满意度。根据研究结论,建议养老小镇在运营过程中要注意居民的性别差异,养老小镇的房价水平和日用品价格水平要适度,养老小镇的选址要合理、配套设施建设要更完备,养老小镇的医疗和预防保健水平要不断提高。

Based on the questionnaire survey data of residents in W Town,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the life satisfaction of residents in W Town.The research shows that gender,average monthly income,natural environment,supporting facilities,housing price,commodity price,medical and preventive health care will significantly affect the life satisfaction of residents in W Town.According to the research conclusion,it is suggested that attention should be paid to the gender difference of residents in the operation process of the retirement town,the housing price and commodity price level of the town should be moderate,the location of the town should be reasonable,the supporting facilities should be more complete,and the medical&preventive health care level of the town should be continuously improved.
