加强基层社会治理,积极实施乡村振兴,实现社会治理现代化,是习近平新时代治国理政思想的重要内容。当今社会主要矛盾发生重大变化,基层人民群众利益诉求也发生许多变化,社会基层治理随之出现许多新情况。我们应当认真分析基层治理过程中出现的各种问题,积极协调各种利益关系,化解社会矛盾,助推社会基层治理现代化,构建和谐文明的社会主义新农村。

Strengthening social governance at the grass-roots level,actively implementing rural revitalization and modernizing social governance are important elements of Xi Jinping's thought on governance in the new era.In China,the main social contradictions have changed greatly and the interests of the people at the grass-roots level have changed a lot,and many new situations have emerged in the social grassroots governance.We should carefully analyze various problems in the process of grass-roots governance,actively coordinate various interest relations,resolve social contradictions,boost the modernization of social governance at the grass-roots level,and build a harmonious and civilized new socialist countryside.
