长三角一体化背景下安徽生产性服务业与制造业协同发展路径探索

On Path of Coordinated Development between Anhui Producer Services and Manufacturing Industry under the Background of Integration of Yangtze River Delta

长三角一体化深度推进,安徽制造业崛起必须与生产性服务业协同发展。通过研究两大产业互动效应较低的现状,发现其瓶颈问题:安徽生产性服务业增势良好,但规模落后于长三角发达地区,存在结构性问题,价值链受限;制造业高质量发展,但创新研发及核心竞争力偏弱,亟待向“产品+服务”转型。探索其协同发展的新路径,构建政策保障体系,制造业智能化打造核心能力,提升生产性服务业供给质量,促进安徽经济发展。

With the deepening of Yangtze River Delta integration,the rise of Anhui manufacturing industry must be coordinated with producer services.By studying the current situation of the low interaction effect of the two industries,we find the bottleneck for Anhui producer service industry lies in the scale lags behind the Yangtze River Delta developed areas,the economic structure and the limited value chain as well.Manufacturing industry in Anhui is developing with high quality,but the innovation and R&D are weak,so it is urgent to change the economy into a"product+service"mode.We should explore a new path of collaborative development,build a policy guarantee system,intelligentize the manufacturing industry,build core competence,improve the supply quality of producer services,and promote the economic development of Anhui Province.
