系统口腔护理干预对牙周病患者口腔保健知识认知率的影响

The Effect of Systematic Oral Nursing Intervention on the Cognition Rate of Oral Health Knowledge in Patients with Periodontal Disease

目的针对确诊的牙周病患者,通过采用常规护理模式和系统口腔护理干预模式进行对比分析,探究系统口腔护理干预模式的效果。方法方便选取该院2018年12月—2019年12月的牙周病患者共136例,根据入院时间前后进行分组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用系统口腔护理干预模式,比较两组口腔保健知识认知率、牙周健康状况及护理满意度。结果观察组口腔保健知识认知率高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.004,P=0.003)。观察组牙龈出血指数、牙周袋探诊深度、黄斑指数均要低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=4.229、5.521、4.068,P=0.012、0.009、0.007)。观察组护理总满意率97.06%(66/68)高于对照组73.53%(50/68),数据差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.467,P=0.017)。结论针对牙周病患者采用口腔护理干预可提高口腔保健知识认知率,改善牙周健康状况,对改善护患关系有重要帮助。

Objective For patients with diagnosed periodontal disease,to explore the effect of the systemic oral care intervention mode by comparing the conventional care model and the systematic oral care intervention model.Methods convenient select a total of 136 patients with periodontal disease from December 2018 to December 2019 in the hospital were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.The control group adopted the routine nursing model,and the observation group adopted the systematic oral care intervention model.Recognition rate of health knowledge,periodontal health and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group's oral health knowledge cognition rate was higher than that of the control group,and the two groups'data were statistically significant different(χ^(2)=6.004,P=0.003).The gingival bleeding index,periodontal pocket probing depth,and macular index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.There were statistical significant differences between the two groups(t=4.229,5.521,4.068,P=0.012,0.009,0.007).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.06%(66/68)higher than that of the control group 73.53%(50/68),and the data was statistically significant different(χ^(2)=6.467,P=0.017).Conclusion The oral nursing intervention for patients with periodontal disease can increase the cognition rate of oral health care knowledge and improve the health of periodontal health.It is important to improve the nurse-patient relationship.
