探讨围术期护理干预对腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术患儿的下床活动时间的影响

Exploration on the Influence of Perioperative Nursing Intervention on the Time of Getting out of Bed in Children Undergoing Laparoscopic Hernia Sac High Ligation

目的分析手术室围手术期护理干预在腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术患儿中实施对其下床活动时间的影响。方法采用数字随机分组法将方便选取该院2019年10—12月接收的腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术患儿100例分为两组,对照组开展常规护理,观察组给予手术室围手术期护理干预。比较两组患儿的术后机体恢复情况以及家属满意度情况。结果观察组患儿的下床活动时间、术后排气时间以及排便时间分别为(16.85±2.86)、(19.95±4.86)、(33.85±3.76)h均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.270、5.170、6.970,P<0.05),住院天数为(3.17±0.43)d,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.090,P<0.05),家属满意度评分为(92.19±3.88)分,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.580,P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术患儿中开展手术室围手术期护理干预在缩短术后下床活动时间方面有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in the operating room on the time of getting out of bed in children with laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation.Methods convenient selec a numerical randomization method was used to divide 100 children with laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation in the hospital from October to December 2019 into two groups.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given the operating room during the perioperative period.Nursing intervention,postoperative body recovery and family satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed,postoperative exhaust time and defecation time of the observation group were(16.85±2.86)h,(19.95±4.86)h,(33.85±3.76)h,respectively,were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.270,5.170,6.970,P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was(3.17±0.43)d,which was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.090,P<0.05),and the family satisfaction score was(92.19±3.88)points,which was significantly higher than the control group(t=10.580,P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention in the operating room for children with laparoscopic hernia sac high ligation has a positive effect on shortening the time of getting out of bed after operation.
