小儿肾积水术后应用个体化护理对并发症的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Individualized Nursing on Complications after Surgery for Children with Hydronephrosis

目的分析小儿肾积水术后应用个体化护理对并发症的影响情况。方法便利选择2017年9月—2019年9月该院接收的80例肾积水患儿为研究对象。现按照就诊次序,将其随机平均分为对照、观察两组,每组40例。对照组患儿完成手术之后,接受常规化护理干预。以此为基础,观察组患儿接受个体化护理干预,分析两组患儿并发症发生率以及干预前后生活质量得分情况。结果对照组患儿并发症发生率为30.00%,观察组为5.00%。相较于对照组,观察组患儿并发症发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.685,P<0.05)。干预前,两组患儿躯体、心理、社会以及物质功能得分差异无统计学意义(t=0.051、0.069、0.085、0.022,P>0.05)。干预后,相较于对照组,观察组患儿上述指标改善情况明显更好,差异有统计学意义(t=7.935、8.671、8.842、9.157,P<0.05)。结论针对于接受手术治疗的肾积水患儿来讲,在围术期内为病患开展个体化护理干预,可在根本上降低患儿并发症发生概率,全面促进患儿疾病转归,提升其自身生活品质。此法安全性强、有效性高。

Objective To analyze the impact of individualized nursing care on complications after surgery for children with hydronephrosis.Methods Select 80 children with hydronephrosis admitted in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 as the research objects.Now according to the order of treatment,they were randomly divided into two groups:control and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.After the control group completed the operation,they received routine nursing intervention.on this basis,subjects in the observation group received individualized nursing intervention,and the incidence of complications and quality of life scores before and after the intervention were analyzed.Results The complication rate was 30.00%in the control group and 5.00% in the observation group.Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.685,P<0.05).Before intervention,there was not statistically significant difference in the scores of physical,psychological,social and material functions between the two groups(t=0.051,0.069,0.085,0.022,P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,subjects in the observation group showed significantly better improvement in the above indicators,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.935,8.671,8.842,9.157,P<0.05).Conclusion For pediatric patients with hydronephrosis undergoing surgical treatment,individualized nursing interventions for the patients during the perioperative period can fundamentally reduce the probability of patient complications and comprehensively promote the disease outcome of the subjects,improve its own quality of life.This method is safe and effective.
