布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果及对肺功能的影响分析

Effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on lung function

目的探究小儿支原体肺炎应用布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索的治疗效果及对肺功能的影响。方法 183例小儿支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组(83例)和研究组(100例)。对照组静脉注射盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组应用布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索治疗。对比两组患儿治疗效果,治疗前后肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气容积和用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)]水平,不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的72.29%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=20.274, P=0.000<0.05)。治疗后,研究组FVC、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索在小儿支原体肺炎患儿治疗中的应用效果理想,可有效改善患儿喘息、咳嗽以及哮鸣音症状,提升患儿肺部功能,具有临床应用、推广价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children and its influence on lung function. Methods A total of 183 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group(83 cases) and research group(100 cases). The control group was treated with intravenous ambroxol hydrochloride, and the research group was treated with budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride. The therapeutic effect, pulmonary function indexes [forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of predicted value(FEV1%), forced expiratory volume in the first second/FVC(FEV1/FVC)] before and after treatment, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate 96.00% of the research group was higher than 72.29% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=20.274, P=0.000<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the research group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia is ideal, which can improve the symptoms of wheezing, coughing and wheezing rales, and improve the lung function, which has the application and promotion value.
