摘要
一种柴油机气缸套毛坯采用离心铸造工艺生产,"翅膀"型法兰由机加工完成,原工艺存在单件毛坯原材料消耗高,整体生产效率低等问题。通过改进生产气缸套毛坯的金属型本体及与其配合使用的端板结构,使得"翅膀"形法兰结构气缸套一次浇铸成形,减少了毛坯局部加工余量和部分加工工序,从而有效减少了原材料浪费,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
The blank of cylinder liner of diesel engine is produced by centrifugal casting process.The original process has the problems of high raw material consumption of single blank and low production efficiency.By improving the metal body of the blank of the cylinder liner and the end plate structure used with it,the"wing"shaped flange cylinder liner is cast in a single casting,reducing the local processing allowance and part of the processing procedure,so as to effectively reduce the waste of raw materials,reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.
