党的《十九大报告》提出要建设美丽中国,推进绿色发展,壮大节能环保企业、清洁生产企业、清洁能源产业。作为传统铸造企业,达标排放、节能降耗工作势在必行。本文以传统大型铸钢企业为例,深入研究了铸件清理车间气刨、焊接、铲磨工序的粉尘控制方法。通过新增焊刨磨一体化式移动除尘罩,解决了制约企业多年的排放难题,使铸造车间的排放达到《铸造工业大气污染物排放标准》中清理工序作业的相关要求,改善了清理工序环境和空气,减少了粉尘对工人健康造成的危害,减少职业病的发生,最终推动企业向绿色铸造发展。
