摘要 党的《十九大报告》提出要建设美丽中国,推进绿色发展,壮大节能环保企业、清洁生产企业、清洁能源产业。作为传统铸造企业,达标排放、节能降耗工作势在必行。本文以传统大型铸钢企业为例,深入研究了铸件清理车间气刨、焊接、铲磨工序的粉尘控制方法。通过新增焊刨磨一体化式移动除尘罩,解决了制约企业多年的排放难题,使铸造车间的排放达到《铸造工业大气污染物排放标准》中清理工序作业的相关要求,改善了清理工序环境和空气,减少了粉尘对工人健康造成的危害,减少职业病的发生,最终推动企业向绿色铸造发展。 The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes to build a beautiful China,promote green development,expand energy-saving and environmental protection enterprises,clean production enterprises,and clean energy industry.As a traditional foundry enterprise,It is imperative to meet the emission standards and reduce energy consumption.Taking the traditional large-scale steel casting enterprises as an example,This paper studies in-depth the dust control methods of air gouging,welding,and shoveling processes in the casting cleaning workshop By adding a new welding,planing and grinding integrated mobile dust cover,We can solve the emission problems that restrict enterprises for many years,make the emission of foundry workshop meet the relevant requirements of cleaning process operation in emission standard of air pollutants in foundry industry,improve the cleaning process environment and air,reduce the harm of dust to workers’health,reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases,and finally promote enterprises to develop green casting Exhibition..
