摘要
远程运维作为一种新的智能制造以及服务模式被提出来,已经有了近五年的发展。在这五年中涌现出了各种以解决自己产品售后服务以及后市场管理的服务平台。本文介绍了一种基于设备管理的智能装备和智能工厂远程运维的平台解决方案,其功能主要为设备资产台账管理、维修管理、保养管理、巡检管理、备件管理以及实时运行管理。其中运行管理分为工况监测、故障监测、寿命监测、质量监测等。旨在通过该方案为智能装备和智能工厂的远程运维服务系统和平台的建立提供一定的参考和技术支持。
Remote operation and maintenance is a new intelligent manufacturing and service mode,which has been developed for nearly five years,and there are a variety of service platforms to solve the after-sales service and post-market management of their products.This paper introduces a platform solution for remote operation and maintenance of intelligent equipment and intelligent factory based on equipment management.Its functions mainly include equipment assets ledger management,repair management,maintenance management,inspection management,spare parts management and real-time operation management.The operation management is divided into working condition monitoring,fault monitoring,life monitoring,quality monitoring,etc.,which provides a certain reference and technical support for the establishment of remote operation and maintenance service system and platform of intelligent equipment and intelligent factory.
