This paper mainly describes how to design the forming process of cast steel products on the cloud platform of the whole process virtual manufacturing system.The system can realize the automatic calculation of formula in the process of product design,and help designers to quickly design the processing allowance,core parameters,gating system,riser,mold,etc.
