Research on Giving Full Play to Guizhou′s Economic Comparative Advantage and its Key Promotion under the New Situation

2021年是“十四五”规划开局之年,是迈向全面建设社会主义现代化新征程的起步之年,也是建党100周年,做好贵州全省经济工作意义重大。本研究分析贵州面临的国内外形势,探讨贵州发展的机遇和挑战,从经济增长潜力、特色产业、消费市场、支撑要素、精神动力五个方面系统分析贵州经济持续较快发展的比较优势,并结合贯彻落实党的十九届五中全会和中共贵州省委十二届八次全会精神,从实体经济、消费经济、开放型经济、城镇经济、乡村经济等重点推进方面进行了研究。

2021 is the first year of the"fourteenth five-year plan",the beginning year of the new journey towards the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization,and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.It is of great significance to do a good job in the economic work of the whole province of Guizhou.Based on the analysis of the domestic and international situation faced by Guizhou,this paper discussed the opportunities and challenges of Guizhou′s development,systematically analyzed the comparative advantages of Guizhou′s sustained and rapid economic development from five aspects of economic growth potential,characteristic industries,consumer market,supporting factors and spiritual power,and combinedwith the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the Eighth Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee.The research was carried out from the key aspects of real consumption economy,consumer economy,open economy,urban economy and rural economy.
