聚硅氧烷与聚醚复配型消泡剂的制备及评价 被引量:5

摘要 以二甲基硅油、端乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油、MQ硅树脂、白炭黑为原料,通过硅氢加成和碱催化反应制得硅膏;然后将其与聚丙二醇(PPG)、嵌段聚醚、乳化剂和水进行复配,经高速乳化制得有机硅消泡剂。研究了各主要成分对消泡剂性能的影响,较佳配方为:含氢硅油的硅氢键和端乙烯基硅油的乙烯基量之比为0.30、嵌段聚醚质量分数为5%、PPG2000质量分数为6%、二甲基硅油和端乙烯基硅油的质量比为0.40,在此条件下制得的消泡剂具有良好的消泡和抑泡性、分散性及离心稳定性,且无余泡、细泡存在,其漆膜无针孔、无气泡,并且其消泡和抑泡性优于同类进口产品AFE-0050。 Using dimethyl silicone oil,vinyl-terminated silicone oil,hydrogen silicone oil,MQ silicone resin,and silica as raw materials,a silicone paste is prepared by hydrosilylation and alkali-catalyzed reaction;then it is combined with poly propylene glycol(PPG),blocked polyether,emulsifier and water to obtain silicone defoamer through high-speed emulsification.The effect of each main component on the performance of defoamer has been studied.The preferred formula is as follows:the molar mass ratio of Si—H/Vi for hydrogen-containing silicone oil and vinyl-terminated silicone oil is 0.30,the mass fraction of blocked polyether is 5%,and the mass fraction of PPG2000 is 6%,and the mass ratio of dimethyl silicone oil and vinyl-terminated silicone oil is 0.40.The defoaming agent prepared has good defoaming and anti-foaming properties,dispersibility and centrifugal stability,and has no residual foam and fine foam.Its paint film has no pinholes and no bubbles,and its defoaming and anti-foaming properties are better than the similar imported products AFE-0050.
