摘要
以端乙烯基硅油为基础聚合物,添加氢氧化铝、硅微粉、甲基硅油、含氢硅油、铂催化剂等,制得双组分防沉降加成型有机硅灌封胶。考察了粉体处理方式、硅微粉粒径搭配和设备对灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明,使用高速分散设备、以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为粉体处理剂、5μm硅微粉与18μm硅微粉按质量比1∶4复配,制得的有机硅灌封胶黏度低、流动性好、防沉降性能佳,热导率约为1 W/(m·K),阻燃等级为FV-V0。
Two-component subsidence preventing and addition-cured silicone encapsulant has been prepared with vinyl-terminated silicone oil as the base polymer,aluminum hydroxide,silicon powder,methyl silicone oil,hydrogen-containing silicone oil,and platinum catalyst.The influence of powder processing,particle size of silicon powder and equipment on the performance of the encapsulant has been investigated.The results show that with high-speed dispersing equipment,vinyltrimethoxy silane as the treatment agent,5μm silicon powder and 18μm silicon powder at a mass ratio of 1∶4,the prepared silicone encapsulant has low viscosity,good fluidity and subsidence preventing performance,the thermal conductivity is 1 W/(m·K),and the flame retardant grade is FV-V0.
