摘要
石墨烯是目前已知最轻薄的材料,其衍生物包括:氧化石墨烯、还原氧化石墨烯、石墨烯纳米片、三维石墨烯等,它们具有其它碳基材料不具备的超强特性,如高比表面积、高电子迁移率、高阻隔性、低密度等,在很多前沿领域(如高性能复合材料、光热纳米流体、储能电极、柔性显示屏)都可见其应用。本文介绍了石墨烯及其衍生物在硅橡胶、硅烷偶联剂、硅树脂、硅油中的应用研究情况,并展望了未来的发展方向。
Graphene is currently the lightest and the thinnest material at present,and its derivatives including graphene oxide,reduced graphene oxide,graphene nanosheets,3-dimensional graphene,etc.They have super-strong characteristics that other carbon-based materials do not have,such as high specific surface area,high electron mobility,high barrier,low density,etc.Their applications can be seen in many frontier fields(such as high-performance composite materials,photo-thermal nanofluids,energy storage electrodes,flexible display screens).The research situation of graphene and its derivatives in silicone rubber,silane coupling agent,silicone resin and silicone oil are summarized,and the future trends are forecasted.
