摘要 设计了一种基于生物质碳微球界面加热的太阳能光热蒸汽便捷设备,可用于野外医用器械灭菌以及蒸馏水制备等情形。装置创新性采用生物质材料碳化作为吸收体,同时引入菲涅尔透镜提高光聚焦,其原理是利用环境友好型碳微球漂浮于水界面进行光热转换,产生光热蒸汽。这样不仅比传统电力灭菌设备更节能,而且具有制作成本低、易回收、光能利用率高、杀菌周期更短、节约资源、性能稳定可长期使用等优点,可为推广使用更加节能、便捷的蒸汽灭菌设备提供借鉴,保证野外医疗废物被有效彻底处置。 A portable device with solar thermal steam based on interfacial heating of biomass carbon microspheres was designed,which can be used in the sterilization of field medical equipment and the preparation of distilled water.The device innovatively uses carbonization of biomass materials as the absorber,and at the same time introduces a Fresnel lens to improve light focusing.The principle is to use environmentally friendly carbon microspheres to float on the water interface for photothermal conversion to generate photothermal steam.This is not only more energy-efficient than traditional electric sterilization equipment,but also has the advantages of low production cost,easy recycling,high light energy utilization,short sterilization cycle,resource saving,stable performance and long-term use,which can provide reference to promote and use e more energy-efficient and convenient steam sterilization equipment,and ensure the effective and thorough disposal of field medical waste.
