摘要 为了克服岳城煤矿下组煤煤仓施工过程中存在的支护结构复杂、支护稳定性差,对下组煤煤仓的安全施工造成严重影响的现状,提出了一种新的安全施工技术方案——采用锚索稳固支护加喷浆辅助固定的方法,达到了减少支护结构、提高巷道不稳定区域结构强度的目的,有效提升了下组煤仓安全施工的效率和支护稳定性。通过对施工过程的监测可知,采用新的施工方案后,井下的施工效率提升了17.3%,施工安全性也得到了显著提升,具有十分显著的应用推广效果。 In order to overcome the complex supporting structure and poor support stability during the construction of the lower coal bunker of Yuecheng Coal Mine,which has a serious impact on the safety construction of the lower coal bunker,this paper proposed a new technical scheme for safe construction,the method of anchor cable stabilization support and shotcreting assisted reinforcement,which achieved the purpose of reducing the support structure and improving the structural strength of the unstable area of the roadway,and effectively improved the efficiency of the safe construction of the lower coal bunker and the stability of the support.Through the monitoring of the construction process,it can be seen that after adopting the new construction scheme,the underground construction efficiency has increased by 17.3%,and the construction safety has also been significantly improved,which has a very significant application promotion effect.
