摘要
针对带式输送机在长距离输送时,皮带容易产生振荡的问题,设计了一种带式输送机多点控制系统。介绍了多点协调同步控制的基本原理,并设计了多点协调同步控制系统的控制电路,可为改善带式输送机的性能提供一定的参考。
Aiming at the problem that the belt tends to oscillate when the belt conveyor is conveying over a long distance,a multi-point control system for the belt conveyor was designed.This paper introduced the basic principle of multi-point coordinated syn-chronous control,and designed the control circuit of the multi-point coordinated synchronous control system,which can provide certain reference for improving the performance of belt conveyor.
