煤矿综采工作面刮板输送机上窜下滑的原因与防控

Reasons and Control of Upward and Downward Movement of Scraper Conveyor in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

煤矿综采工作面中刮板输送机属于比较大型的设备,其关系到煤炭输送的速度及质量,也对作业施工的安全性产生影响。以实际煤矿作业为研究对象,基于煤矿综采工作面的具体情况,分析了刮板输送机上窜下滑的主要原因,并探究该种问题对综采工作面产生的影响。最后结合煤矿作业经验,通过多方试验协调,给出刮板输送机上窜下滑的防控措施,期望能有效控制刮板输送机的作业弊端。

The scraper conveyor in the fully mechanized coal mining face is relatively large-scale equipment,which is related to the speed and quality of coal transportation,and also affects the safety of operation construction.Taking actual coal mine opera-tions as the research object,based on the specific conditions of the fully mechanized mining face in the coal mine,this paper analyzed the main reasons for the upward and downward movement of the scraper conveyor,and discussed the impact of this type of problem on the fully mechanized mining face.Finally,combined with coal mine operation experience,through multi-party test coordination,the prevention and control measures for the upward and downward movement of the scraper conveyor were given,hoping that the operation disadvantages of the scraper conveyor can be effectively controlled.
