情景体验式教学在脑卒中患者护理教学中的应用

Application of Scene Experience Teaching in Nursing Teaching of Stroke Patients

目的为了进一步研究情景体验式教学在脑卒中病人护理教学中的应用。方法2019年5—12月期间选取该院3年制护理专业的学生130名作为实验组,对其进行情景体验式教学,另选择130名学生作为对照组,对其实施常规教学。实验组教学过程中,在脑卒中患者的护理章节中加入情景体验式的教学,通过开展座谈会,让学生分析讨论在情景教学中的自身体验效果,在情景体验式教学结束后,评价综合能力总体评分,进行教学评价。结果实验组总体评分较对照组有所提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生认为情景体验式教学能主动查找相关知识的有95.38%,学习兴趣增加的有96.15%,小组内成员更加团结的有97.69%。结论情景体验式教学在脑卒中患者护理教学中有很大的作用,增强学生的学习兴趣,构建知识体系,提高学生的职业素养和团队合作能力。

Objective To further study the application of situational experience teaching in the nursing teaching of stroke patients.Methods Selected 130 students from the hospital with three-year nursing majors as the experimental group from May to December 2019,and conduct experience-based teaching for them.Another 130 students are selected as the control group to conduct routine teaching.During the teaching process of the experimental group,situational experience teaching was added to the nursing chapter of stroke patients.Through seminars,students were allowed to analyze and discuss the effects of their own experience in situational teaching.After the situational experience teaching is over,evaluate the comprehensive ability of the whole score,teaching evaluation.Results The overall score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);95.38%of the students in the experimental group thought that the situational experiential teaching could actively find relevant knowledge,96.15%had increased learning interest,and 97.69%of the group members were more united.Conclusion Situational experience teaching plays a great role in the nursing teaching of stroke patients.It enhances students'interest in learning,builds knowledge system,improves students'professional quality and teamwork ability.
