基于“课程思政”的情境体验式教学模式在老年护理教学中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于“课程思政”的情境体验式教学模式在老年护理教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年9—12月该校2017级护理专业两个班的83名学生作为对照组,实施传统教学模式。2018级2个班79名学生为实验组,采用基于“课程思政”的情境体验式教学模式。课程结束后,比较两组学生的理论成绩和实践考核成绩;比较干预前后两组学生的Kogan老年人态度量表的得分。结果实验组学生理论考核及实践考核成绩[(75.62±7.768)分、(84.62±6.669)分]明显高于对照组学生成绩[(71.22±5.363)分、(79.33±6.500)分],两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生在干预后对老年人态度得分[实验组(160.80±17.520)分、对照组(148.08±20.704)分)明显高于干预前(实验组(142.53±23.183)分、对照组(143.59±21.579)分)],且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组学生对老年人态度量表得分明显高于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“课程思政”的情境体验式教学模式有助于提升老年护理教学质量,改善学生对老年人的态度,培养学生的职业素养。 Objective To explore the application effect of situational experience-based teaching model based on"curriculum ideological and political"in elderly nursing teaching.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 83 students from two classes of 2017 nursing major in the school as the control group,and the traditional teaching mode was implemented.79 students in two classes of 2018 are the experimental group,which adopted the contextual experience teaching mode based on"curriculum ideological and political"from September to December 2019.After the course,compare the theoretical scores and practical assessment scores of the two groups of students;compare the scores of the Kogan Attitudes towards the Elderly Scale of the two groups of students before and after the intervention.Results The experimental group’s theoretical and practical evaluation scores[(75.62±7.768)points,(84.62±6.669)points]were significantly higher than those of the control group[(71.22±5.363)points,(79.33±6.500)points],in comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the two groups of students’attitudes towards the elderly after the intervention[experimental group(160.80±17.520)points,control group(148.08±20.704)points]were significantly higher than before the intervention[experimental group(142.53±23.183)points,control group(143.59±21.579)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of the experimental group's attitudes towards the elderly were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational experiential teaching model based on"curriculum ideology and politics"can help improve the quality of elderly nursing teaching,improve students'attitudes towards the elderly,and cultivate students'professional qualities.
