摘要
护理管理工作质量直接影响了医院护理服务质量,从而影响医院的口碑。但受医院体制以及传统思想的影响,绝大多数医院采用传统护理管理方法,难以吸引与留住优秀护理人才。老年脑血栓患者病情危重,对临床护理质量提出了更高要求,传统护理管理模式难以满足实际工作要求。因此,医院管理工作者必须重视人性化管理模式在老年脑血栓患者护理管理中的应用。文章首先对人性化护理管理模式的内涵进行了阐述,并对近年来人性化护理管理的应用及应用效果相关研究进行了回顾与综述。
The quality of nursing management work directly affects the quality of hospital care services,thereby affecting the hospital's reputation.However,influenced by the hospital system and traditional thinking,most hospitals adopt traditional nursing management methods,and it is difficult to attract and retain excellent nursing talents.Elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis are in critical condition and have higher requirements for the quality of clinical care.The traditional nursing management model can not meet actual work requirements.Therefore,hospital management workers must pay attention to the application of humanized management mode in the nursing management of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis.This article first explains the connotation of the humanized nursing management model,and reviews and summarizes the application of humanized nursing management in recent years.
