目的为了解决跨省异地就医后给人民群众带来的报销周期长、报销流程复杂、就医结束往返参合地报销带来的成本高等问题,医院按照需求完善就诊流程,升级现有信息系统相关接口,实现医院新农合跨省就医联网结报工作。方法医院搭建了医院和省平台之间的网络环境,制定了完善的业务流程,改造升级了医院信息系统的接口,实现了医院新农合跨省联网实时结报。结果新农合跨省就医联网结报使得外来务工人员和儿童也能享受到优质的医疗服务和就医体验,提高了人民群众的幸福感,享受到医改的新成果。结论新农合跨省就医联网结报为人民群众提供了新型的医保结算方式,解决了异地就医带来的报销问题,但同时也存在可直报省份有限、各省份医保补偿政策不统一等问题。

Objective In order to solve the problems of long reimbursement cycle,complicated reimbursement process,and high cost caused by reimbursement after medical treatment in different places across provinces and other places,the hospital improves the medical treatment process according to needs and upgrades existing information system-related interfaces,to realize the inter-provincial networking report of the hospital’s new rural cooperative medical care system.Methods The hospital has built a network environment between the hospital and the provincial platform,formulated a complete business process,renovated and upgraded the interface of the hospital information system,and realized the real-time report of the hospital's new rural cooperative inter-provincial networking.Results The new rural cooperative medical treatment network report enables migrant workers and children to also enjoy high-quality medical services and medical experience,improve the happiness of the people,and enjoy the new achievements of the medical reform.Conclusion The New Rural Cooperative Medical Treatment Network provides a new method of medical insurance settlement for the people and solves the reimbursement problem caused by medical treatment in different places.However,there are also limited provinces that can be directly reported,and the medical insurance compensation policies of each province are not unified problem.
