规范化手术室护理带教流程的构建与应用效果分析

摘要 目的探讨规范化手术室护理带教流程的构建方式,观察其临床应用效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年1月手术室在职护士80名作为研究对象,按照盲选法将其划分为对照组和观察组,每组40名,前者采取传统护理带教干预,后者构建规范化手术室护理带教流程并加以实施。对两组护士干预前后的手术室理论知识掌握度、护理操作水平进行评估和比较。同时,对两组护士的护理带教满意度进行评估。结果在干预前,观察组与对照组护士的手术室理论知识掌握度与护理操作水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在干预后,观察组与对照组护士的手术室理论知识掌握度与护理操作水平均有一定的改善,且观察组的改善幅度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对护理带教模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建规范化手术室护理带教流程,并将其运用于手术室护士培训,能够有效地提高其理论知识与护理操作水平,保证其对教学的满意度,达到提高教学质量的目的。 Objective To discuss the construction of standardized operating room nursing teaching process and observe its clinical application effect.Methods Selected 80 active nurses in the operating room of the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 as the research objects,and divide them into a control group and an observation group according to the blind selection method,with 40 in each group.The former adopted traditional nursing teaching intervention,the latter constructed a standardized operating room nursing teaching process and implements it.The operating room theoretical knowledge mastery and nursing operation level of the two groups of nurses before and after intervention were evaluated and compared.At the same time,the satisfaction of the two groups of nurses with nursing education was evaluated.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the operating room theoretical knowledge and the level of nursing operation between the observation group and the control group nurses(P>0.05);after the intervention,the observation group and the control group nurses’operating room theory knowledge mastery and nursing operation level both improved to a certain extent,and the improvement range of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing teaching model than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing a standardized operating room nursing teaching process and applying it to operating room nurse training can effectively improve their theoretical knowledge and nursing operation level,ensure their satisfaction with teaching,and achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.
