摘要
目的循证带教与传统带教在儿科护理教学中的研究。方法选择在该院儿科进行护理实习的护生共计112名作为该次调研对象,该次调查时间为2017年8月—2018年9月。将护生分为两组,对比组与实验组各56名。对比组采用传统常规带教方式,实验组采用了循证带教方式。分析两组带教结果。结果对比组实践考核成绩得分结果和实验组相比较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比组理论考核成绩得分结果和实验组相比较低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组带教满意得分和对比组带教满意得分结果相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组教学评分(提高学习积极性、改善学习效率、提高临床实践技能和增加学习信心)高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理带教中,循证带教方式可作为首选,这种带教方式与传统常规带教方式相比应用效果更佳,能够提升实习护生的实践考核成绩、理论考核成绩,值得临床应用与普及。
Objective To study evidence-based teaching and traditional teaching in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods A total of 112 nursing students who have undergone nursing practice in the pediatrics department of the hospital were selected as the subjects of this survey.The survey time is from August 2017 to September 2018.The nursing students were divided into two groups,with 56 students in each of the control group and the experimental group.The comparison group used the traditional conventional teaching method.The experimental group adopted an evidence-based teaching method.Analyze the teaching results of the two groups.Results Compared with the experimental group,the comparison group's practical assessment scores were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison group's theoretical assessment scores were lower than the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching score of the experimental group(improving learning enthusiasm,improving learning efficiency,improving clinical practice skills and increasing learning confidence)was higher than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric nursing teaching,the evidence-based teaching method can be used as the first choice.Compared with the traditional conventional teaching method,this teaching method has better application effect and can improve the practical and theoretical evaluation results of the interns.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
