PDCA循环理论提高神经外科护理教学质量的作用分析

摘要 目的研讨PDCA循环理论提高神经外科护理教学质量的作用。方法对该院2018年12月—2019年12月24名神经外科实习人员展开教学,采用平均分配方式,分为两组,每组12名,常规组开展传统带教方案,干预组开展PDCA循环理论教学。分析PDCA循环理论教学对外科护理教学的作用。结果干预组实习人员的理论知识、实践操作能力、思维能力、语言沟通能力以及团队协作能力评分优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组实习人员对护理带教方式满意度91.67%高于常规组的实习人员对护理带教方式满意度66.67%要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组实习人员每日自学时间与查阅资料时间、每节课讨论发言次数与提问次数均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对神经外科教学中选择PDCA循环理论能有效提高教学质量,增强实习人员的综合能力,为日后临床工作奠定良好基础,临床价值高。 Objective To discuss the role of PDCA cycle theory in improving the quality of neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,24 neurosurgery interns were taught in the hospital,and they were divided into two groups with 12 students in each group.The routine group carried out the traditional teaching program,and the intervention group carried out the PDCA cycle theory teaching.Analyzed the effect of PDCA cycle theory teaching on surgical nursing teaching.Results The theoretical knowledge,practical operation ability,thinking ability,language communication ability and teamwork ability of the interns in the intervention group were better than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of interns in the intervention group with the nursing teaching method was 91.67%higher than that of the interns in the conventional group with the satisfaction of the nursing teaching method at 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily self-study time and data access time,the number of discussion speeches and the number of questions in each class of the interns in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of PDCA cycle theory in neurosurgery teaching can effectively improve the quality of teaching,enhance the comprehensive ability of interns,and lay a good foundation for future clinical work with high clinical value.
