摘要
目的对消化内科临床实习教学采用PBL联合多媒体技术模式的应用效果进行分析。方法2019年1—12月轮转消化内科的74名实习生作为试验对象,随机分组各37名,对照组给予传统的教学方法,观察组进行PBL联合多媒体技术教学,对比两组的学习效果评分。结果两组实习生均有明显的进步,其中观察组实习生的理论知识及平常表现成绩均显著高于对照组,且该组的临床带教老师的责任感也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科临床实习教学中可以采用PBL联合多媒体技术,可以提高实习生的临床理论水平,培养学生的实际操作能力,对临床医师的培养具有重要的价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL combined with multimedia technology in clinical practice teaching of gastroenterology.Methods From January to December 2019,74 interns in the Department of Gastroenterology were used as experimental subjects.37 interns were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional teaching methods,and the observation group received PBL combined with multimedia technology teaching.The learning effect scores of the two groups were compared.Results Both groups of interns have made significant progress.Among them,the theoretical knowledge and general performance of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the sense of responsibility of the clinical teachers in this group was also significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with multimedia technology can be used in clinical practice teaching of gastroenterology,which can improve the clinical theory level of interns and cultivate students'practical operation ability,which is of great value to the training of clinicians.
