SOAP临床思维模式在儿科临床见习教学中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究SOAP临床思维模式在儿科临床见习教学中的应用价值。方法抽取72名在该院儿科进行见习的学生的观察主体,选择的时间段为2018年9月—2020年2月,所有研究对象在奇偶数分组方式下被分成参照组与观察组,参照组学生接受常规临床教学模式,观察组学生在常规教学基础上应用SOAP临床思维模式进行教学,对两组学生的临床教学效果以及教学满意度进行比较。结果观察组学生操作能力与理论知识的分数为(88.59±4.57)分和(91.97±4.44)分,其数据显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.837、4.652,P<0.001);观察组教学后病史汇报成绩为(87.26±4.65)分,其数据优于教学前(71.83±3.77)分以及参照组教学后(76.82±4.98)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.465、9.194,P<0.001)。结论儿科临床见习教学中应用SOAP临床思维模式,能够提高学生在儿科中的临床操作能力和理论知识理解。 Objective To study the application value of SOAP clinical thinking model in pediatric clinical probation teaching.Methods Selected the observation subjects of 72 students who were in the pediatrics department of the hospital.The selected time period was from September 2018 to February 2020.All research subjects were divided into reference group and observation group under the odd and even number grouping method.The students in the observation group used the SOAP clinical thinking model to teach on the basis of conventional teaching,and the clinical teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The scores of operation ability and theoretical knowledge of the observation group were(88.59±4.57)points and(91.97±4.44)points.The data was significantly better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.837,4.652,P<0.001);the observation group’s post-teaching medical history report score was(87.26±4.65)points,and its data was better than before(71.83±3.77)points before teaching and(76.82±4.98)points after teaching in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.465,9.194,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of SOAP clinical thinking mode in pediatric clinical probation teaching can improve students'clinical operation ability and theoretical knowledge understanding in pediatrics.
