信息通信技术产业合作创新网络的结构、演化路径与模式特征:基于上市公司的实证分析

Information and Communication Industry Cooperative Innovation Network Structure,Evolution Path and Pattern Characteristics:An Empirical Analysis Based on Listed Companies

基于2007—2018年我国信息通信技术(ICT)产业上市公司专利合作数据,运用社会网络分析方法对我国ICT产业合作创新网络的整体特征、演化路径及合作模式进行系统分析,以期为我国ICT产业应对数字经济新阶段的挑战提供启示。研究表明:合作创新已成为我国ICT企业获取竞争优势的重要手段,但ICT产业合作创新网络整体仍较为稀疏;我国ICT产业合作创新网络演化经历了3个阶段,随着时间推移,参与合作主体的关系数量持续扩大、核心企业地位越加突出,且网络具有明显的区域集中特征,创新主体主要分布在东部沿海地区;从组织视角看,我国ICT产业合作创新模式选择与企业发展阶段、技术实力及其所在业务领域的特点密切相关。

Based on the patent cooperation data of listed companies in China’s information and communication technology(ICT)industry from 2007 to 2018,this paper systematically analyzes the overall characteristics,evolution path and cooperation modes of China’s ICT industry cooperative innovation network by using the social network analysis method,in order to provide enlightenment for China’s ICT industry to cope with the challenges in the new stage of digital economy.The results show that collaborative innovation has become an important mean for Chinese ICT enterprises to gain competitive advantage,but the overall collaborative innovation network of ICT industry is still sparse;the collaborative innovation network has experienced three stages,and as time goes by,in the collaborative innovation network the number of relationships between participants continues to expand,and the status of core enterprises becomes more prominent;moreover,the collaborative innovation network has obvious regional concentration characteristics,and the innovation subjects are mainly distributed in the eastern coastal areas;while from the perspective of organization,the choice of cooperative innovation modes of ICT industry in China is closely related to the development stage,technical strength and the characteristics of the business field of the enterprise.
