医疗袜用弹力管状针织物的开发与性能测试

摘要 为解决医疗袜穿着适配性存在的局部截面压力不均匀问题,编织3种弹力管状针织物,每种织物选用3种规格衬垫纱线,针对脚踝、小腿、大腿3个不同部位进行袜机参数的4因素3水平L_(9)(3^(4))的正交试验设计;对织物进行截面周长、织物克质量、密度、厚度及接触压力测试。研究发现,同一织物,在相同测试部位,压力值随腿模型号增大而变大;不同衬垫纱织物,衬垫纱越粗,压力值越大;袜机编织参数相同,围度上由两种组织编织的弹力管状织物的压力值大于单一组织的织物。 In order to solve the problem of uneven pressure in local areas of the compression stockings in wearing,three kinds of knitted tubes are developed,three kinds of inlay yarns are selected for leg models(ankle,calf and thigh).Orthogonal testing method was used to study four factors and three levels of machine parameters of each group.The cross-sectional perimeter,weight and density of each fabric were tested.The pressure values of each tube were tested to three sizes of leg models.The following conclusions can be drawn:for the same fabric,the pressure value and the elongation tested by different leg models in the same part increases with the size of leg models.For fabrics of different kinds of inlay yarns,the larger the specifications of the inlay yarn,the greater the pressure value is.Under the same parameters,the pressure value of the mixed structure in circumference is larger than that of a single structure.
