低强损高白度羊毛针织物冷堆漂白工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前常用于羊毛漂白的方法有过氧化氢氧化漂白和过氧化氢与还原剂结合使用的氧化-还原漂白,这些工艺均需在较高温度和较高pH值下进行,对羊毛的损伤较大,且使用还原剂处理后的羊毛织物易泛黄,因此文中研究了羊毛针织物的冷堆漂白工艺。通过探讨pH值、室温活化剂836A用量、温度以及漂白时间等对羊毛白度和强力的影响,确定羊毛针织物冷堆漂白的最佳工艺。结果表明,羊毛针织物冷堆漂白的最佳工艺是30%过氧化氢200 m L/L,室温活化剂836A 0.05 g/L,协同增效剂290B 2.50 g/L,焦磷酸钠2.00 g/L,渗透剂JFC 2.00 g/L,pH值为5.5,二浸二轧,轧余率为100%,室温(25℃)堆置24 h,羊毛织物白度为65.0,强降是2.37%。 At present,the methods commonly used in wool bleaching include hydrogen peroxide oxidation bleaching and hydrogen peroxide oxidation/reduction bleaching combined with reducing agent.These methods should be carried out at high temperature and high pH,and the damage to wool is great.And the wool fabric treated with reducing agent is easy to yellow.The effects of pH value,room temperature activator 836 A dosage,temperature and bleaching time on wool whiteness and strength are studied in this paper.The results show that the bleaching effect of wool changed with the change of pH value,temperature and time.Best bleaching process for wool knitted fabric by cold pad is:30% hydrogen peroxide of 200 m L/L,836 A of 0.05 g/L,room temperature activator Synergizer 290 B of 2.50 g/L,Sodium pyrophosphate of 2.00 g/L,JFC of 2.00 g/L and pH value of 5.5.Two dipping and two padding,the pad rate is 100%,room temperature is 25℃ and after 24 h,the wool whiteness is65.0,and the strength loss is 2.37%.
