针织面料氨纶露白疵病解决方案研究

Solutions to Grin Defects of the Spandex Knitted Fabric

氨纶可提高针织面料的舒适度,扩大其应用领域。泳衣等氨纶含量较高的针织面料染色后,会存在氨纶露白的问题,影响针织物的美观和实用性。文中分别采用分散染料、酸性染料和中性染料对可染氨纶和普通氨纶进行染色,对比染色后织物的染色效果和耐皂洗色牢度,为解决氨纶露白疵病提供了很好的解决方案。结果表明:可染氨纶染色性能优于普通氨纶,可以解决氨纶的露白问题,但由于可染氨纶成本太高,目前应用不多;中性染料对普通氨纶有很好的上色性,可通过固色改善色牢度,从而解决氨纶织物露白的问题。

Spandex can obviously improve the comfort of knitted fabrics,and thus expands its application field.The fabric with higher spandex content such as the swimwear will be grinned after dyeing with depth color,which affects beauty and practicability of the knitted fabric.In this research,disperse dyes,acid dyes and neutral dyes were used to spandex dyeing,the dyeable spandex and ordinary spandex were tested respectively,and the color depth and washing fastness were tested.The results show that the dyeable spandex can be better dyed than the ordinary spandex when used above dyestuffs,and the use of dyeable spandex can solve the problem of spandex grin,but due to its high cost,the current application of dyeable spandex is very few.Neutral dyestuff has better dyeing property than common spandex,which can improve the color fastness by fixing process,so the use of neutral dyestuff may prevent spandex from grinning when dyed in depth colors.
