摘要
针对起毛起球目光评级存在的主观性导致的评级差异,提出采用球粒法进行评级。选择14款有代表性的锦黏氨针织裤类面料样品,分别在415 g、(415+595)g、(415+795)g压力下摩擦100~2000r,统计样品表面毛球数量以及起毛起球级数,综合评定面料的起毛起球性。结果表明:球粒法的起球速率与样品退货情况存在一定的正相关关系,此方法能在一定程度上改善起球评级的不稳定性;针对锦黏氨针织休闲裤,采用改型马丁代尔法在(415+595)g压力下测试1000 r时,能够区分面料有无退货风险。
In view of the subjective difference of pilling eye rating,this paper proposes a pellet method for rating,and selects 14 representative nylon viscose ammonia knitted pants fabric as samples.The friction tests were carried out at 415 g,(415+595)g,(415+795)g for 100~2000 r.It counts the number of pilling balls on the sample surface and the pilling progression,the fuzzing and pilling resistance of the fabric was evaluated comprehensively.The results show that there is a positive correlation between the pilling rate of pellet method and the return of samples,and this method can improve the instability of pilling rating to a certain extent.In addition,for nylon viscose ammonia knitted casual pants,the modified martindale method can distinguish whether the fabric has the risk of return when it reaches 1000 r under the pressure of(415+595)g.
