纳米TiO_(2)对大鼠精子运动功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO_(2))对大鼠精子运动功能的影响。方法实验分为Nano-TiO_(2)组和对照组,每组10只雄性SD大鼠。Nano-TiO_(2)组每天灌胃给予250mg/kg b.wt.的Nano-TiO_(2)混悬液,对照组每天灌胃给予生理盐水。大鼠灌胃10周后处死,应用计算机辅助精子分析技术研究Nano-TiO_(2)对大鼠精子活率、精子运动方式及能力等运动参数的影响。结果与对照组相比,Nano-TiO_(2)组大鼠精子活率、运动型精子构成百分比、精子运动方式等指标值差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);反映大鼠精子运动能力参数的平均路径速度(VAP)[(186.6±7.0)μm/s]和直线运动速度(VSL)[(139.7±3.8)μm/s]分别低于对照组[(197.8±5.8)μm/s和(147.1±7.3)μm/s],差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.910和2.816,P值均<0.05);精子曲线运动速度(VCL)值与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.020,P>0.05)。结论在本试验条件下Nano-TiO_(2)可能会影响精子的运动能力,对雄性大鼠生殖系统产生一定的损伤作用。 Objective To explore the effect of Nano-TiO_(2) on rat sperm motility.Methods Male SD rats were divided into Nano-TiO_(2) and control group,with 10 rats in each group.The rats were respectively given by intragastric administration with250 mg/kg b.wt.Nano-TiO_(2) or saline for 10 weeks.After 10 weeks,the rats were sacrificed and the motility rate and sperm motility were evaluated by computer assisted sperm analysis system.Results The motility rate,percentages of movement sperm and motility mode in Nano-TiO_(2) group did not showed significant difference compared with control group(all P>0.05).The velocity of average pathway(VAP)[(186.6±7.0μm/s)]and velocity straight line(VSL)[(139.7±3.8μm/s)]in NanoTiO_(2) group significantly decreased compared with control group[(197.8±5.8)μm/s and(147.1±7.3)μm/s](t=3.910 and2.816,all P<0.05);while velocity of curvilinear(VCL)showed no statistical difference between Nano-TiO_(2) group and control group(t=0.020,P >0.05).Conclusion Under the experimental conditions,Nano-TiO_(2) may affect sperm motility and damage the reproductive system of male rats.
