摘要
目的探讨社会支持对电子制造企业员工抑郁倾向的影响。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,以社会支持量表和抑郁评价量表(PHQ-9)对电子制造企业的员工进行深度访谈及问卷调查。结果共调查2 034人,抑郁倾向检出率为67.2%(1 367人);不同性别、年龄、岗位、在岗工龄、学历、收入、每周工作时间、社会支持等级者抑郁倾向检出率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);logistic回归分析显示,中社会支持的员工发生抑郁的风险是低社会支持员工的60.5%(95%CI:0.463~0.790);高社会支持的员工发生抑郁的风险是低社会支持员工的47.3%(95%CI:0.364~0.614)。结论不同社会支持程度会对员工抑郁倾向产生影响,高水平的社会支持可以减少员工抑郁倾向的发生。
Objective To study the influence of social support on depression tendency of employees in electronic manufacturing industry.Methods Using stratified random cluster sampling method,the employees of electronic manufacturing industry were depth interviewed and investigated with social support scale and Depression Rating Scale(PHQ-9).Results A total of 2 034 subjects were investigated,resulting depression tendency detection rate of 67.2 %(1 367 subjects).There were significant differences for the detection rates of depression tendency among groups of different genders,ages,occupations,lengths of service,education background levels,incomes,weekly working hours and social support levels(all P < 0.01).The logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of depression was 60.5%(95%CI:0.463-0.790)for employees with medium social support and 47.3%(95% CI:0.364-0.614)for employees with high social support.Conclusion Different levels of social support have an impact on employees’ depression tendency,and high level of social support can reduce the occurrence of employees’ depression tendency.
