摘要
对取苗装置的研究提高穴盘苗移栽的质量和效率。阐述国内外取苗装置的研究现状,根据取苗方式的不同,将取苗装置分为夹取式、插拔式、顶出式和顶夹结合,并结合穴盘苗自动移栽机取苗装置的发展和推广,分析其存在取苗效率与取苗成功率相矛盾,育苗穴盘不标准,效率低、苗体损伤大,农机与农艺脱节等问题,进而分析发现可以通过提高穴盘苗自动移栽机取苗装置的通用性,实现对钵苗无损伤取苗和穴盘苗自动移栽机取苗装置智能化,研制出适合我国农艺的穴盘苗自动移栽机取苗装置。
The quality and efficiency of plug seedling transplanting were improved by the research of seedling taking device.According to the different ways of taking seedlings,the seedling taking devices are divided into clamping type,plug-in type,ejection type and top clamp combination.Combined with the development and promotion of automatic transplanting machine for plug seedlings,the contradiction between the efficiency of taking seedlings and the success rate of taking seedlings is analyzed.The seedling tray is not standard,the efficiency is low,the seedling body is damaged seriously,and the agricultural machinery is divorced from the agronomy Through the analysis,it is found that by improving the generality of the plug seedling automatic transplanter,it can realize the intellectualization of the seedling taking device of pot seedling and plug seedling automatic transplanter,and develop the seedling taking device of plug seedling automatic transplanter suitable for Chinese agronomy.
