摘要
目的探究C反应蛋白(CRP)检测在鉴别小儿肺炎感染类型中的诊断价值。方法以2018年1月—2019年12月作为试验时段,选择该院收治的160例小儿肺炎患儿作为对象。依据临床诊断肺炎类型分为细菌性感染组53例,病毒性感染组53例及支原体性感染组54例,另选取同期进行体检的60名健康儿童作为对照组。检测比较各组血清中CRP值并对不同类型肺炎的阳性检出率予以计算。结果3组不同类型肺炎感染组CRP水平指标(65.35±22.92)、(10.72±2.31)、(39.27±13.06)mg/L均显著高于对照组(2.51±1.10)mg/L,各项对比结果数据均差异有统计学意义(t=19.962、25.656、20.687,P<0.05);3组不同类型肺炎感染组中,以细菌性感染组CRP水平最高,其次为支原体性感染组,最低为病毒性感染组,且各组间对比结果数据均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,3组中,以细菌性感染组阳性检出率最高,其次为支原体性感染组,最低为病毒性感染组,且各组间对比结果数据均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论C反应蛋白(CRP)检测能够有效鉴别小儿肺炎感染类型。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of C-reactive protein(CRP)detection in identifying the types of pneumonia infection in children.Methods The trial period was from January 2018 to December 2019,and 160 children with pneumonia in the hospital were selected as subjects.According to the clinical diagnosis of pneumonia,they were divided into 53 cases of bacterial infection,53 cases of viral infection and 54 cases of mycoplasmal infection.In addition,60 healthy children who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The CRP values in the serum of each group were tested and compared,and the positive detection rate of different types of pneumonia was calculated.Results The CRP levels(65.35±22.92)mg/L,(10.72±2.31)mg/L,(39.27±13.06)mg/L of the three groups of different types of pneumonia infection groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(2.51±1.10)mg/L,and the comparison results were statistically significantly difference(t=19.962,25.656,20.687,P<0.05);among the three different types of pneumonia infection groups,the bacterial infection group has the highest CRP level,followed by the mycoplasma infection group,and the viral infection group was the lowest,and the comparison results between the groups were statistically significantly difference(P<0.05);At the same time,among the three groups,the bacterial infection group had the highest positive detection rate,followed by the mycoplasma infection group,and the viral infection group was the lowest,and the comparison results between the groups were statistically significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion C-reactive protein(CRP)detection can effectively identify the type of pneumonia infection in children.
