急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者实施瑞通立溶栓治疗的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Ruitongli Thrombolytic Therapy in Patients with Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

目的针对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者实施瑞通立溶栓治疗的疗效进行分析和研究。方法选择该院在2017年1月—2018年10月期间收治的80例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者作为该次研究的纳入对象,按照硬币法将这些患者划分为两组,对照组40例,观察组40例。采用常规治疗对两组患者进行治疗,在此基础上,采用尿激酶对对照组予以溶栓治疗,采用瑞通立对观察组患者予以溶栓治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果对照组总有效率为60.0%,观察组总有效率为82.5%,在总有效率方面两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=18.447,P<0.05)。对照组的心肌酶峰前移时间为(29.1±9.5)h,ST段降低50%所用时间为(95.5±27.8)min,胸痛症状消失时间为(4.9±2.1)h;观察组的心肌酶峰前移时间为(12.7±5.6)h,ST段降低50%所用时间为(39.3±16.2)min,胸痛症状消失时间为(2.0±1.3)h,观察组的心肌酶峰前移时间、ST段降低50%所用时间和胸痛症状消失时间均明显少于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=20.613、26.837、3.480,P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为22.5%,观察组不良反应发生率为5.0%。在不良反应发生率方面两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用瑞通立治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患、者具有很好的效果,而且安全性很高。

Objective To analyze and study the curative effect of Ruitongli thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.These patients were divided into two groups according to the coin method,and the control group of 40 cases,40 cases in the observation group.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with thrombolytic therapy with urokinase,the observation group was treated with Ruitongli,and the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 60.0%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 82.5%.The total effective rate was statistically significantly different between the two groups of patients(χ^(2)=18.447,P<0.05).The time for the myocardial enzyme peak in the control group to advance was(29.1±9.5)h,the time to decrease the ST segment by 50%was(95.5±27.8)min,and the time to disappear chest pain symptoms was(4.9±2.1)h.The myocardial enzyme peak advancing time in the observation group was(12.7±5.6)h,the time to reduce the ST segment by 50%was(39.3±16.2)min,and the chest pain disappearance time was(2.0±1.3)h.The time of myocardial enzyme peak advancement in the observation group,the time taken to reduce 50%of the ST segment,and the disappearing time of chest pain symptoms in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(t=20.613,26.837,3.480,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 22.5%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.0%.There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Ruitongli in the treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is effective and safe.
