摘要
目的分析股骨颈骨折治疗中全髋关节置换术与人工股骨头置换术的临床效果。方法研究对象为该院2010年11月—2019年12月收治的86例股骨颈骨折患者,遵守随机分组原则,将股骨颈骨折患者分成两组,实验组患者采用全髋关节置换术治疗,常规组患者采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果与并发症发生率。结果实验组患者的术后并发症发生率是4.66%,常规组为16.28%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.329,P<0.05)。通过采取不同的治疗方式,两组股骨颈骨折患者SF-36总体健康评分与躯体疼痛评分、生理职能评分、生理功能评分、身体活力评分差异有统计学意义(t=4.569、4.578、4.256、4.578、5.548,P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术与人工股骨头置换术是治疗股骨颈骨折的重要手段,与人工股骨头置换术相比,采用全髋关节置换术,能够显著降低患者术后并发症发生率,具备临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of total hip replacement and artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fractures.Methods The subjects of the study were 86 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to the hospital from November 2010 to December 2019.Following the principle of randomization,the patients with femoral neck fractures were divided into two groups.Patients in the experimental group were treated with total hip arthroplasty.Patients in the routine group were treated with artificial femoral head replacement,and the treatment effect and complication rates of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative complication rate of the experimental group was 4.66%,and that of the routine group was 16.28%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.329,P<0.05).By adopting different treatment methods,the two groups of patients with femoral neck fracture SF-36 overall health score,somatic pain score,physiological function score,physiological function score,body vitality score,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.569,4.578,4.256,4.578,5.548,P<0.05).Conclusion Total hip replacement and artificial femoral head replacement are important methods for the treatment of femoral neck fractures.In comparison,the use of total hip replacement can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients and has clinical promotion value.
