摘要
目的研究阶段性健康教育在耳鼻喉科护理中的护理价值。方法抽取2018年12月—2019年12月该院耳鼻喉科收治的84例患者,依据掷骰子结果分组,传统组的42例行传统护理,教育组的42例增加阶段性健康教育,观察两组健康知识掌握程度、心理状态、护理依从性及护理满意度。结果教育组疾病知识(92.47±3.61)分、用药知识(94.13±3.75)分、自管知识评分(90.56±3.18)分高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.724、10.360、13.160,P<0.05)。护理前,教育组HAMA评分为(21.34±3.61)分,HAMD评分为(19.41±3.58)分,与传统组相比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.166、0.394,P>0.05)。护理后,教育组HAMA评分为(9.73±3.64)分,HAMD评分为(8.56±3.14)分,均低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.135、5.591,P<0.05)。教育组护理依从率95.24%,护理满意率97.62%比传统组80.95%、83.33%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.086、4.974,P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科护理中实施阶段性健康教育,可加深患者对耳鼻喉疾病的认识,改善其心理状态,实现较高的护理依从性和满意度,护理价值显著。
Objective To study the nursing value of periodic health education in ENT nursing.Methods A total of 84 patients admitted to the Department of Otolaryngology in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and grouped according to the results of the dice.42 patients in the traditional group received traditional nursing care,and 42 patients in the education group received periodic health education.Observations of the health knowledge mastery,mental state,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The scores of disease knowledge(92.47±3.61)points,medication knowledge(94.13±3.75)points and self-management knowledge(90.56±3.18)points in the education group were higher than those in the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.724,10.360,13.160,P<0.05).Before nursing,HAMA score in the education group was(21.34±3.61)points and HAMD score was(19.41±3.58)points,showing no statistically significant difference compared with the traditional group(t=0.166,0.394,P>0.05).After nursing,HAMA score in the education group was(9.73±3.64)points and HAMD score was(8.56±3.14)points,both lower than that in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.135,5.591,P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate of 95.24%and 97.62%in the education group were higher than 80.95%and 83.33%in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.086,4.974,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of staged health education in otolaryngology nursing can deepen patients'understanding of otolaryngology diseases,improve their psychological state,and achieve higher nursing compliance and satisfaction,with significant nursing value.
