丙型肝炎患者接受多元化护理的干预效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Intervention in Patients with Hepatitis C Receiving Diversified Nursing

目的丙型肝炎患者接受多元化护理的干预效果分析。方法以2019年1月—2020年1月时段内该院收治的114例丙型肝炎患者展开研究分析,参考随机数字动态表以及57例单组区间将研究患者分为两组,即对照组与观察组;对照组院内护理方案为常规护理,观察组院内护理方案为多元化护理,比对分析两组患者护理后的疾病认知评分、治疗依从性以及生存质量评分。结果观察组患者护理后并发症预防(2.48±0.40)分、用药原则(2.51±0.62)分、生理功能(75.75±6.86)分、社会功能(73.35±4.72)分高于对照组(1.91±0.25)分、(1.84±0.45)分、(67.11±6.60)分、(68.68±4.50)分,相对数据比较组差异有统计学意义(t=9.123、6.603、6.852、5.406,P<0.05);护理后的治疗依从性为94.74%,相对于对照组80.70%的护理依从性,数据组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.211,P<0.05)。结论丙型肝炎患者接受多元化护理干预,可以提高患者对疾病的认知水平以及治疗依从性,有利于患者获取更好的生存质量,具备临床普及使用的价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of intervention in patients with hepatitis C receiving diversified nursing care.Methods 114 cases of hepatitis C patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were studied and analyzed.The study patients were divided into two groups with reference to the random number dynamic table and 57 single-group intervals,namely control group and observation group;the in-hospital nursing program of the control group with conventional nursing,and the hospital nursing program of the observation group with diversified nursing.The disease recognition score,treatment compliance and quality of life score of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared and analyzed.Results The observation group had higher scores for prevention of complications(2.48±0.40)points,medication principles(2.51±0.62)points,physiological function(75.75±6.86)points,and social function(73.35±4.72)points than the control group(1.91±0.25)points,(1.84±0.45)points,(67.11±6.60)points,(68.68±4.50)points,the relative data comparison group difference was statistically significant(t=9.123,6.603,6.852,5.406,P<0.05);after nursing The treatment compliance was 94.74%,compared with the 80.70%nursing compliance of the control group,the difference between the data groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.211,P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatitis C patients receiving diversified nursing interventions can improve the patients'awareness of the disease and treatment compliance,which is beneficial to patients to obtain a better quality of life,and has the value of clinical popularization.
